Can you build a CRM or customer management system?
Yes, depending on the functionality you need. We discuss how you manage customers, leads and follow-ups before planning the system.
Can you build a school, clinic or business management portal?
Custom portals can be developed around the specific requirements of schools, clinics and businesses, including the people who will use them and the records they need.
How much does a custom web application cost in Pakistan?
Smaller focused solutions at Urban Icons start from PKR 150,000. More complete custom business platforms start from PKR 250,000; larger systems require an individual quotation. Final pricing depends on features and scope.
How long does development take?
Development time depends on the scope of the project. We finalize the timeline after understanding your requirements rather than promising a fixed schedule in advance.
Can the system be expanded later?
Applications can be planned so that additional features can be added as your requirements grow. We discuss future needs during planning.
Do you provide support after launch?
Ongoing maintenance and support plans can be provided according to your project's requirements and agreed scope.
Are AI features and third-party integrations included in every business app?
No. Integrations, automation and AI-assisted features are considered where they solve a real business need and are confirmed in the agreed scope. Any external service subscriptions or usage charges should be clarified in the proposal. AI features do not guarantee business outcomes.
Can I compare SaaS pricing in PKR and USD?
Yes. The Pricing page includes a PKR/USD selector for SaaS and business app starting prices. USD amounts are approximate conversions, not a fixed exchange-rate commitment. The final project price, currency, features and support are confirmed in your quotation.
What is a managed website plan?
A managed website plan combines website design, development, hosting, technical maintenance and minor updates into one monthly service, instead of a large upfront development payment.
How much does a monthly website package cost in Pakistan?
Urban Icons offers Launch at PKR 5,000/month, Growth at PKR 9,000/month and Business Pro at PKR 15,000/month. An initial 12-month service period applies.
Do I need to buy separate hosting?
No. Managed hosting and SSL are included while your plan is active. You keep ownership of your domain; domain registration or renewal is not included in the stated hosting benefit.
What do monthly website updates include?
Minor changes to existing text, images, contact details, pricing and sections. Launch includes 2, Growth 4 and Business Pro 8 minor updates per month. New pages, redesigns, features, integrations and e-commerce are quoted separately.
What happens after the first 12 months?
You may continue with the managed monthly plan. Website handover or buyout options can be discussed separately where required.
Can I get an e-commerce website or custom portal on a managed plan?
E-commerce, portals and custom web applications need a custom plan based on requirements. Contact us for a quotation.
Can I still pay once for a website?
Yes. Our existing one-time Website Design & Development packages remain available alongside the managed monthly option.
Which monthly website plans include SEO, analytics and AI-search setup?
Launch includes an SEO-friendly page structure and basic speed optimization. Growth adds on-page SEO setup, AI-search-friendly content structure, Google Analytics and Search Console setup, conversion tracking and a basic monthly performance report. Business Pro includes Growth features with additional optimization and reporting. Ongoing SEO campaigns are separate unless specifically agreed; search rankings and AI-platform mentions are not guaranteed.
Can I view monthly website prices in USD?
Yes. Select PKR or USD in Monthly Websites on the Pricing page. USD amounts are approximate conversions; the final billing currency and amount are confirmed in your quotation. The initial 12-month service period applies in either currency, and marketing-retainer discounts do not apply.
What services does Urban Icons Agency offer?
We offer seven core services: Social Media Management, Content Creation & Graphic Design, Website Design & Development, Paid Advertising (Meta & TikTok Ads), Branding & Identity, Print Media Design, and SaaS & Business Web App Development. Website development is available as a one-time project or a managed monthly plan; custom business apps are scoped individually.
Do you work with businesses outside of Pakistan?
Yes. Based in Islamabad, Pakistan, Urban Icons offers marketing, branding, website design, managed monthly websites and SaaS development to businesses worldwide through remote collaboration. Print media services cover design and print-ready files, not worldwide printing or shipping. Contact us to agree the scope, collaboration schedule and suitable payment arrangements; proposals can be provided in USD, GBP or EUR.

Do you offer ongoing retainer packages?
Yes. Recurring marketing plans offer quarterly, 6-month and annual billing options with 10%, 20% and 30% discounts respectively. Managed website plans are a separate monthly service with an initial 12-month period; marketing-retainer discounts do not apply to them. SaaS and one-time website projects are scoped separately.

What's included in the advertising budget?
Advertising spend is separate from our management fees and paid directly to the selected advertising platforms. Platform coverage and recommended media budgets depend on your package and agreed campaign scope.
Can I switch between packages?
Contact us to discuss a change. Any revised scope, fee and effective date are confirmed in your agreement before work changes. Managed websites retain their initial 12-month service period; new features and major changes may require a separate quotation.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely! If none of our standard tiers fit your needs, we can create a tailored solution combining elements from multiple services. Reach out through our contact page for a custom quote.
Why is advance payment required?
100% advance payment is our standard service policy. All service charges are payable in advance to ensure timely initiation, uninterrupted execution, and smooth delivery of services. A monthly managed website plan is an ongoing service, not an installment purchase of a one-time website project.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our invoice payment details include bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Contact us to confirm suitable arrangements for international payments. Payments are documented with invoices and receipts.
Is there a contract or commitment period?
Standard monthly marketing retainers have no long-term commitment and require 30 days' cancellation notice. Quarterly, 6-month, and annual marketing plans include discounted rates for the commitment period. Managed website plans have an initial 12-month service period, with continuation or handover options discussed separately.

How long does it take to see results?
Marketing outcomes depend on your market, audience, content, budget and other factors; we do not guarantee growth, leads, revenue or rankings within a fixed period. Website delivery targets vary by package, and custom SaaS timelines are finalized after requirements are understood. Your proposal confirms the schedule.
What happens after I click 'Let's Talk' or enquire about a plan?
Share your business details, goals and preferred service through our contact form or WhatsApp. We review your requirements and discuss the right scope and proposal. Consultation timing is arranged with you rather than guaranteed within a fixed response window.
How do you report on performance?
Starter: Monthly Performance Report; Growth: Bi-Weekly Performance Reports; Premium: Weekly Performance Reports. Launchpad: Monthly Performance Report; Accelerate: Bi-Weekly Reports & Calls; Dominate: Weekly Reports & Strategy Calls. Managed Growth includes a basic monthly performance report, and Business Pro includes a monthly website performance report. Dashboards and custom reporting for business apps are agreed in the project scope, not included for every client.
Who will be my point of contact?
We confirm your contact and collaboration arrangements during onboarding. Social Media Premium includes a Dedicated Account Manager; other packages should not be assumed to include this role unless agreed in the proposal.

How many posts per month do you create?

Do you handle community management and engagement?
Community Management is marked Not Recommended in Starter and Growth. It is not listed as an included feature in Premium. Any additional engagement work should be agreed in your proposal.
Can you help grow my followers organically?
We support organic visibility through relevant content, audience research and ongoing optimization. Follower growth is not guaranteed. Community Management is Not Recommended in Starter and Growth; client-led replies help keep conversations accurate and personal. Ad spend remains separate from management fees.
What's included in a branding package?
Starter Brand covers the essential logo, colors, typography, business card and social profiles. Brand System adds stationery, messaging and brand guidelines. Premium Identity adds a logo suite, strategy, packaging concepts and broader brand applications. See each package for its exact scope.
How many logo concepts do you provide?
Starter Brand: Logo Design (3 Concepts), 2 Rounds of Revisions; Brand System: Logo Design (5 Concepts + Variations), 4 Rounds of Revisions; Premium Identity: Logo Suite (Primary + Sub-marks + Favicon), Packaging Design Concepts, Unlimited Revisions
Do you provide brand guidelines documents?
Brand System includes a Brand Guidelines Document. Premium Identity includes Comprehensive Brand Guidelines plus strategy and tone-of-voice work. Exact applications are agreed in your proposal.
Can you rebrand an existing business?
Yes, we handle both new brand creation and complete rebrands. We'll audit your existing brand, identify what's working, and create a refreshed identity that maintains brand equity while modernizing your presence.
What platforms do you build websites on?
The website platform and tools are selected around your content, business goals, ownership and maintenance needs, then confirmed in the proposal. E-commerce, integrations and custom applications require scope-specific planning.
Are your websites mobile-responsive?
100%. Every website we build is fully responsive and tested across all major devices and browsers. We follow mobile-first design principles to ensure optimal performance on smartphones and tablets.
Do you provide website hosting and maintenance?
Our one-time website packages keep hosting and domain costs separate. Managed Website Plans include hosting, SSL, backups and standard technical maintenance while the plan is active, plus 2, 4 or 8 minor updates per month according to the plan. An initial 12-month service period applies.
How long does a website project take?
Landing Page: 1 Week Delivery; Business Website: 2-3 Weeks Delivery; E-Commerce Store: 4-6 Weeks Delivery. These are package delivery targets; your proposal confirms the schedule based on scope and receipt of required content and approvals. Custom business-app timelines are agreed separately.
Which advertising platforms do you manage?
Launchpad: 1 Ad Platform (Meta or TikTok); Accelerate: 2 Ad Platforms (Meta + TikTok); Dominate: All Ad Platforms (Meta + TikTok + Google)
What's the minimum ad budget you recommend?
Launchpad: Recommended Ad Spend: PKR 20K-50K; Accelerate: Recommended Ad Spend: PKR 50K-150K; Dominate: Recommended Ad Spend: PKR 150K+. These are planning ranges, separate from management fees, not guarantees of results. We confirm a suitable budget based on your goals and market.
How do you measure advertising ROI?
We assess relevant campaign metrics such as clicks, cost per lead, conversions and return on ad spend where the required tracking and sales data are available. Reporting frequency and tracking setup depend on the selected package and agreed scope; results are not guaranteed.
Do you create ad creatives and copy?
Launchpad: Ad Creative Design (3 Variants); Accelerate: A/B Testing (Creative + Copy), Ad Creative Design (6 Variants); Dominate: Dynamic Creative Optimization. Copywriting, testing and creative deliverables follow the selected package and agreed campaign scope.
What types of content do you create?
Our content packages cover social graphics, carousels, stories, photo editing and brand-consistent visuals. Professional and Studio include reels or short videos according to the package. Long-form writing, newsletters, presentations and other custom deliverables should be confirmed separately in your proposal.

Can I request revisions on content?
Content-package revision allowances are confirmed in your proposal; the listed Essential, Professional and Studio packages do not specify a fixed revision count. Review the agreed scope before work begins.
Do you write blog articles and SEO content?
Blog articles, website copy and long-form SEO content are not listed as standard inclusions in Essential, Professional or Studio. Ask us to include any required writing in your custom proposal.
What print materials do you design?
We design business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, packaging, catalogs, menus, event materials, signage, and any custom print collateral your business needs.
Do you handle printing as well?
We focus on the design aspect and provide print-ready files (PDF, AI, EPS) with proper bleed, trim marks, and CMYK color profiles. We can recommend trusted print vendors in Pakistan and coordinate on your behalf.
What file formats do I receive?
Print packages include print-ready file preparation. The exact source-file and export formats are agreed in your proposal; editable Canva templates are not listed as a standard print-package inclusion.
Can you design packaging for products?
Full Production includes Packaging Design for 2 Products. Packaging is not listed in Basic Print or Marketing Suite; additional requirements are quoted separately.
