Services
Urban Icons Agency provides digital marketing and branding services including social media management, content creation, paid advertising, web development, and brand strategy. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your selected package or custom agreement.
Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate business information and timely access to required accounts
• Review and approve content within agreed timelines
• Ensure all materials provided to us are owned by you or properly licensed
• Make timely payments as per the agreed billing schedule
• Communicate feedback constructively and within reasonable timeframes
Payment Terms
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle
• Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
• Advertising budgets are billed separately from management fees
• Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods
Intellectual Property
• Content created by Urban Icons Agency on your behalf becomes your property upon full payment
• Our proprietary tools, templates, strategies, and methodologies remain our intellectual property
• You grant us permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, account credentials, and financial information. This obligation survives termination of services.
Termination
• Monthly marketing retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
• Managed Website Plans are subject to a separate initial 12-month service period, because website design and development are included without a large upfront development fee
• Quarterly, 6-month, and annual plans are committed for their full duration
• Early termination of committed plans may incur a cancellation fee equal to the discount received
• We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or violation of these terms
Limitation of Liability
Urban Icons Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on various external factors.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation and, if necessary, arbitration under the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Islamabad.
Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
